Susan Manders

I am honored to be the second woman ever selected United States Olympic Artist joining an exclusive club of internationally acclaimed Olympic Artists, including Picasso, Warhol, Diebenkorn, Peter Max, and David Hockney. My original paintings and limited editions are represented in fine art collections internationally and are archived by the National Museum of Women in the Arts in Washington, DC.

My paintings and sculptures have been selected for Art In Public Places projects and corporate sectors such as Architectural, ASID, Hospitality, Gaming and Entertainment use my customized art services. Plus, as an artist I become the subject of student studies.

Throughout the United States several public and private school art teachers are currently studying my work as a leading edge American female contemporary artist. I am pleased to provide any ancillary materials that teachers might wish. I am always pleased to speak to children and teens about the value of art in their lives.

Painting energizes me and at the same time is meditative. For over 40 years, I have painted and taught art classes in my studio, The Art Experience. So, by now it is impossible to separate Manders the artist from Manders the teacher.
